School Complaint Policy

Our institution is known for complying with strict rules and regulations. We believe in disciplinary action. Discipline is one of the central aspects that governs the lives of students, staff and educational institutions. Similarly, there are specific rules and regulations that all employees to follow. The school adheres to the code of conduct of students and teachers.

The school also has its own complaint policy. We believe that without encouragement and constant guidance, an institution will not progress and prosper. All complaints are treated with the utmost care, responsibility and sensitivity. The school keeps a notebook that records all complaints from our clients.

Parents will receive this notebook to fill in any suggestions or complaints. The school board will then respond to the complaint within 24 hours. If we need to investigate a complaint, we will respond in a week. In addition, complaints are also received face to face by school principal and branch coordinator who are responsible for the daily operation of the school.Complaints can come from parents or students.

Students may complain against their peers which is recorded in the Discipline Book to be attended by the head teacher of the primary or secondary department.

Disciplinary procedures are followed if a student is found guilty of the offence recorded. A meeting with parents will then be arranged to implement the disciplinary action (see Student Code of Conduct).

Complaints against teachers and complaints in general are carefully attended by the School Principal and the Branch Coordinator. Disciplinary guidelines are considered when dealing with complaint policies, especially for students and teachers.

Some of the grievous complaints from the parents will be addressed to the School Directress and if required, a video conference is arranged between both the parties. But those are rare situations.

We believe that complaints can help improve on a daily basis, but as an institution we strive to avoid repeating the same mistakes.

We are not afraid to try or experience something new in fear of making mistakes, rather we stick to our principles keeping in mind the benefits it will give to our clients and students.

This form of attending complaints is applicable for the year 2023.If there are any changes in this document please address it in our school office email.
